Scholarships for the year 2024 are open for students at the University of Bangui to complete a Doctorate in a French or African university.
This scholarship program concerns mobility scholarships. It only covers stays abroad in a host laboratory as part of your doctorate or post-doctorate.
The students concerned must be enrolled in a thesis at the University of Bangui and be in one of the following situations:
Be enrolled in a doctoral school at a university in France or Africa;
Have a letter of invitation to carry out part of your research work in the laboratory of a university in France or Africa.
The eligibility criteria are as follows:
Be of Central African nationality and resident in the Central African Republic;
Be aged 45 or less;
Be a lecturer or temporary or tenured teacher at the University of Bangui;
Present a solid and relevant research project;
Be enrolled in the first year of thesis in 2023-2024 at the latest at the University of Bangui;
Priority will be given to the following sectors: science and technology, health, law, political science, economics and management.

A letter invitation to a host laboratory.
If you are invited to an interview, you will be asked for additional supporting documents.
The deadline for submitting applications is February 29, 2024.
An information meeting on the France Excellence scholarship program for doctorates will be held on Wednesday January 31 between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. in the QUENUM amphitheater of the Facss .
