Graduate Trainee- Marketing at CVPeople Tanzania

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Analyze data and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing projects and campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Utilize strong Excel and analytical skills to analyze marketing data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports for management.
  • Contribute to content creation, including blog posts, social media updates, and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with our brand and messaging.
  • Assist in managing digital marketing efforts, including social media advertising, email campaigns, and website optimization.
  • Leverage your international exposure to bring a global perspective to our marketing efforts, considering cultural nuances and market differences.
  • Support research and analysis for potential international market entry strategies, including market assessments and feasibility studies.
  • ​Assist with administrative duties related to marketing projects, such as scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • International exposure through university programs, internships, or other experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing trends is a plus.
